Hello loves! Here’s my sort of “day in the life” video on my weight loss journey!
The video below is primarily walking you through what I might eat in a day. I also vlog a bit, and discuss why although I’m currently taking on a plant-based pescetarian way of eating, I don’t encourage anyone to eliminate entire food groups or go ultra-restrictive if you don’t want to. I also learn a line dance as my way of getting a workout and burning calories. Dancing is truly the most fun form of exercise for me!
