It has been a STRUGGLE 2020 for so many of us. I lost some weight in January / February and then gained it all back in quarantine. Now, I'm back on track and losing again with real, sustainable lifestyle changes.
I decided that I would approach losing weight and my lifestyle change primarily through dancing and some walking to start. I cancelled my gym membership, I am not on any special diets, and I have lost almost 20 pounds in two months.
I am so excited to share my weight loss journey! No matter how many time we have to "start again," we all deserve points when we get back up after falling.
