Emotional Eating and Mental Barriers to Weight Loss
Hey guys! This video is pretty personal. Many of us who have struggled with our weight through the years may have issues with emotional eating. It's usually a cycle of bandaid business with masking our negative feelings (or discomfort) with our favorite comfort foods! I'm really getting a handle on all of this and wanted to chat.
Mindful eating will take us across the finish line! Mindful eating starts with food freedom. And food freedom comes when we get our stuff together in all of the other areas of our life.
